Job summary

Domino's Pizza is seeking delivery drivers in Schenectady, NY. You’ll drive your own car, earn tips and wage, and benefits include weekly pay and flexible, part-time schedules. Training is available for the right attitude and candidates must be at least 18 with two years of driving history.

Applicants should be 18+, with reliable driving history, and able to meet MVR/DOT/CSA background requirements. Lifting up to 20 lbs and navigating in congested areas are expected.

Qualifications

• Valid DL.
• Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience.
• Consistent work history.
• Ability to meet company compliance requirements with regards to MVR, DOT, CSA and/or Criminal Background.
• Food and/or Beverage transport experience, a plus.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs on a frequent basis.
• Ability to safely maneuver the vehicle in close quarters and heavily congested traffic areas.

Driving History

• A person who is 18 years of age must possess proof of at least two years of driving history immediately preceding the date of the MVR evaluation.
• A person who is 19 years of age must possess proof of at least one year of driving history immediately preceding the date of the MVR evaluation.
• A learner's permit period documented by an appropriate governmental authority may only be used to confirm driving history. We do not accept drivers who do not have an officially stated liscense.

DRIVING RECORD

• No more than two driving-related violations (such as speeding, failure to yield, failure to obey traffic signals, careless driving, failure to wear a seatbelt,) in the two years immediately preceding the date of the MVR.
• No more than three driving related violations in the three years immediately preceding the date off the MVR.
• No more than one at fault accident in the three years preceding the date of the MVR.

If a person has any of the following violations they will be unable to driver for Domino's.

• Leaving the scene of an accident.
• Hit and Run
• Reckless Driving
• Any driving violations involving drugs or alcohol.
• Vehicular homicide or assault
• Unlawful Racing and Exhibition Driving
• Eluding or Attempting to Allude an officer.
