MBR Management, a Domino's franchise, seeks a reliable Delivery Driver for our Mascoutah store. You will deliver orders with a friendly, customer-focused approach, acting as the face of the brand in the community.

Responsibilities include safe driving, route planning, and maintaining accurate delivery records, while providing excellent service and maintaining vehicle readiness for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license.
• Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for deliveries.
• Must pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record Check.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, and safely handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and route planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficient service and on-time arrivals.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and delivery confirmations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers courteously and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Inspect vehicle daily for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance checks.
• Safely load, unload, and handle packages with care to prevent damage.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practices.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any issues encountered.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior.
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the organization professionally at all times.
