Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to navigate using GPS and map applications.
• Physical capability to safely load, unload, and carry delivery items.
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality.
• Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to problem-solve.
• Familiarity with the Belleville area is preferred but not required.
• Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within the Belleville area.
• Navigate routes efficiently using GPS technology and local knowledge to optimize delivery times.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering questions, and handling transactions with accuracy and courtesy.
• Maintain organized records of deliveries, customer interactions, and vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect vehicle daily for mechanical issues and report any concerns to management promptly.

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concerns.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure safe driving practices.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized vehicle interior and exterior.
• Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.
