Job summary

MBR Management is hiring a Delivery Driver in Decatur, IL. You will deliver pizzas and other items, provide friendly service, and maintain routes safely.

You must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and be able to pass a motor vehicle history check. Use GPS to navigate, manage time, and communicate with dispatch to ensure on-time deliveries. This is a part-time role with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record check meeting company-specific standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery operations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within the Decatur area.
• Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and route optimization tools to maximize delivery productivity.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point, ensuring a positive brand experience.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation, including signatures and delivery confirmations.
• Inspect vehicle condition daily and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Handle packages with care, ensuring products arrive in excellent condition.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concerns.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating company vehicles.
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the company with integrity and professionalism.
