Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Minimum 2 years of driving history if 18 years old; 1 year of driving history if 19 years or older.
• Access to an insured vehicle in good working condition for delivery purposes.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check meeting company-specific standards.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Excellent driving record with a commitment to safe driving practices.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Navigate local St. Louis area routes efficiently, utilizing GPS and route optimization tools.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation for each stop.
• Provide friendly, courteous customer service and handle customer inquiries with empathy.
• Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practices.
• Organize and load delivery items securely to prevent damage during transport.
• Meet daily delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any issues.
• Handle cash and payment transactions accurately when required.
