MBR Management, a locally owned franchise of Domino's, is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver for our Louisville location on Fegenbush Ln. You will be the face of our brand, delivering smiles and high-quality service while ensuring safe, on-time deliveries across the community.

Responsibilities include route planning, loading and unloading, maintaining delivery records, and providing excellent customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to navigate using GPS and delivery management systems.
• Professional attitude, integrity, and a commitment to safety.

Responsabilités

• Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver products to customers throughout assigned routes in the Louisville area.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and excellent customer service.
• Load, unload, and handle products with care, ensuring items arrive in perfect condition.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and customer feedback.
• Communicate professionally with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a friendly demeanor.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicle.
• Organize and manage delivery schedules to maximize efficiency and meet daily targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service, representing our organization positively in every interaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior.
