Join our team as a Delivery Driver at our Louisville location on Preston Highway! We're looking for a reliable, customer-focused professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional service with every order. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, bringing smiles to customers' doors while maintaining efficiency and professionalism on every route. • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver orders to customers throughout the Louisville area, following all traffic laws and company safety standards
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize delivery times
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point, ensuring a positive brand experience
• Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate any issues or delays to management in a timely manner
• Inspect vehicle condition before and after shifts, reporting any maintenance needs or damage promptly
• Handle packages with care, ensuring orders arrive in excellent condition
• Collect payments when applicable and process transactions accurately
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related concerns with empathy and transparency
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle interior and adhere to company appearance standards
• Collaborate with team members and management to support overall operational goals

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
• Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record verification
• Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple deliveries efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to navigate routes effectively using GPS technology and map reading
• Physical capability to safely lift and carry packages of varying sizes
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine willingness to provide outstanding customer service
• Preferred: Previous delivery or customer service experience
• Preferred: Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting
