• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and route planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in Louisville, following traffic laws and safety protocols.
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize delivery times.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each stop, addressing inquiries with empathy.
• Maintain delivery records with customer signatures, confirmations, and special instructions.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthy condition.
• Handle products with care to ensure items arrive in excellent condition at correct locations.
• Communicate with dispatch about route changes, delays, or customer concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle interior and exterior.
• Meet delivery targets and performance goals while upholding standards and values.
• Represent the organization with a professional appearance, courteous behavior, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications
