Job summary

Sullivan Tire And Auto Service in Worcester, MA is seeking a Delivery Driver to pull, stage, load and deliver products to customers using a non-CDL truck.

You will adhere to internal controls, safety guidelines, and maintain accurate records of deliveries and payments. Must have a high school diploma, valid license, ability to lift 75 lbs, and a clean driving record. This employee-owned company offers a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and operate in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift/PI Truck certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pull, organize, stage, load and deliver products to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Unload, check in, and put away inventory.
• Maintain accuracy of delivered product, including signatures and monies collected.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment and fleet vehicles per guidelines.
• Maintain current certifications and licenses per state/federal guidelines.
• Manage records of customer returns and related documentation.
• Represent Sullivan Tire in a polite, professional manner with customers.

Sullivan Tire, an employee-owned company, has an opportunity for a Delivery Driver. This individual is responsible for pulling, staging, loading and delivery of product to our customers. You will be driving a non-CDL type truck. Adheres to internal controls, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pull, organize, stage, load and deliver products to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Unload, check in, and put away inventory.
• Responsible for accuracy of delivered product, accounting of customer payment, signatures and monies collected.
• Safe operation of warehouse equipment and fleet vehicles in accordance with Company, state and federal guidelines.
• Maintain current certifications and licenses in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
• Manage accurate records of customer returns for credit, including all related documentation.
• Represent Sullivan Tire in a polite, professional manner at all times. It is imperative to treat all motorists as future Sullivan Tire customers.
• Assume additional responsibilities as requested.

Requirements

Education/Experience

• Minimum of high school diploma.
• Ability to lift, up to 75 lbs.
• Valid Drivers license is required.
• Has insurable driver’s record.
• Powered Industrial Truck Certified.
