Job summary

223 Trucking Corp is expanding its delivery driver pipeline to support A Tru Legacy Inc.’s FedEx Ground contract in White Marsh, MD. Drivers perform safe, timely FedEx Ground deliveries per FedEx standards while representing both A Tru Legacy Inc. and FedEx brands.

Positions include full-time and part-time opportunities with varying routes and peak-season demands; candidates must meet driver eligibility and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL not required).
• Clean driving record meeting FedEx and insurance requirements.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and MVR check.
• Ability to safely lift and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs (with assistance as needed).
• Strong reliability, communication, and time-management skills.
• At least 1 year of delivery driving experience (FedEx, Amazon, UPS, Courier Services, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate FedEx Ground delivery vehicles in compliance with all company, FedEx, DOT, and traffic regulations.
• Load, transport, and deliver packages accurately and efficiently along assigned routes.
• Utilize FedEx-approved scanners, routing, and navigation systems correctly.
• Maintain delivery accuracy, package condition, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any safety or maintenance issues.
• Adhere to all FedEx delivery methods, appearance standards, and professionalism guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delays, incidents, or route issues.
• Immediately report accidents, injuries, property damage, or safety concerns.
• Full-time and part-time opportunities (based on operational demand).
• Routes and schedules may vary. May include weekends and peak seasons.
• Outdoor, physically demanding work in varying weather conditions.

Position Overview

Delivery Drivers supporting A Tru Legacy Inc. are responsible for the safe, timely, and professional delivery of FedEx Ground packages while operating under FedEx standards and company policies. Drivers represent both A Tru Legacy Inc. and the FedEx brand and are expected to maintain the highest levels of safety, professionalism, and accountability.

Employment Relationship Clarification

• This position is operated by A Tru Legacy Inc., a subsidiary of 223 Trucking Corp
• Drivers are employed by A Tru Legacy Inc., not FedEx
• 223 Trucking Corp provides oversight, administrative support, and operational structure
