Responsibilities

As we navigate through the COVID-19 pandemic, we prioritize health and safety by following CDC guidelines. The Delivery Driver will pick up and drop off automotive parts, adhering to routes and schedules, ensuring orders are fulfilled properly, and providing excellent customer service.

• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers in a timely, friendly, and courteous manner.
• Review orders before and after delivery for accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Follow directions from dispatch, adhere to routes and schedules, and use navigation apps.
• Assist with loading/unloading and handle customer questions or complaints professionally.
• Maintain a safe driving record and abide by transportation laws.
• Handle payments, prepare reports, and reconcile transactions.
• Perform vehicle maintenance checks and report issues.
• Assist with store or warehouse duties as needed.
• Ensure workplace safety and handle cash or assets securely.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Must meet insurance requirements (drivers must be 21+)
• Valid auto insurance with your name on the policy
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and sit for extended periods

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Manage and reconcile transactions and customer accounts
• Use tablets or mobile devices for navigation and customer interface
• Excellent communication skills
• Follow directions and work well in a team
• Flexible schedule; overtime as needed
• Previous delivery experience is a plus

Must meet all minimum requirements and qualifications to be eligible.
