TLZ Dispatch LLC in Valdosta, GA is hiring delivery drivers to join a fast-paced team committed to safety and customer satisfaction. Starting pay is $21.50 per hour with raises and bonuses as you prove your reliability and performance.

As a driver, you will handle routes, operate a delivery van up to 10,000 lbs, lift up to 50 lbs, and maintain open communication with customers. This full-time role requires weekend work and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old with a valid driver's license.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• No CDL required.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be able to work 4 days a week, 10 hours per day, with one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate a delivery vehicle in all weather conditions.
• Use handheld devices for routing and delivery information.
• Deliver packages to customers and meet service expectations.
• Maintain focus and reliability during shifts.
• Report for scheduled shifts and maintain attendance.

Your Role as a Delivery Driver

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times, in all weather conditions.
• Use hand held devices for routing information, customer delivery information, navigation, and planning.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and sort boxes and packages weighing up to 50 pounds each on a frequent basis.
• Ability to work 4 days a week, for at least 10 hours per day, one day must be a weekend.
• Ability to safely operate a delivery van with a weight rating of up to 10,000 pounds.
• Ability to maintain focus and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English to communicate with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records.
• Ability to walk, climb up and down stairs frequently, lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, twist, and/or stretch during shifts
• Ability to timely report for scheduled shifts and maintain reliable attendance
