Job summary

Pacific Office Automation is seeking a Delivery Driver for our Pleasanton, CA office. You will manage scheduling and delivery of demo equipment to customer sites, coordinate deliveries with sales and shop staff, and support facilities with day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of driving experience.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
• Solid work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Customer first mentality.

Responsibilities

• Schedule demo equipment delivery and setup.
• Manage trade-ins, lease-ins/outs, equipment swaps and rental returns.
• Back up facilities manager and shop technicians.
• Coordinate copier and fax deliveries and communication between salespeople and shop technicians.

Essential Job Duties

• Managingscheduling the demo equipment for setup at customer locationsWriting up trade lease ins lease returns equipment swaps and rental returnsBacking up facilities manager positions and shop techniciansCoordinating copier and fax deliveriesCommunication between the salespeople and shop technicians

Qualifications
