You will verify orders, load and unload shipments, and maintain delivery records while upholding excellent customer service. The role requires a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Route delivery experience required; warehouse or distribution is a plus.
• Good communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of local delivery routes is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle to transport products to body shops, industrial facilities, and other customer locations.
• Verify and load customer orders accurately based on invoices or packing slips.
• Unload deliveries at customer sites, ensuring products are delivered in good condition.
• Maintain delivery logs, mileage reports, and delivery records as required.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Assist in warehouse duties when needed (e.g., stocking, picking, packing).
• Follow all DOT and company safety regulations and policies
• Provide excellent service and represent Colours, Inc. in a professional and courteous manner.
• Perform other duties within store as assigned during driver downtime.

Position Summary:

The Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of automotive and industrial paint products and related supplies to customers. This role serves as a representative of the company during deliveries and requires professionalism, reliability, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer service. The Driver ensures products are transported and delivered in excellent condition while maintaining positive customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle to transport products to body shops, industrial facilities, and other customer locations.

• Develop the skills necessary to transition into a Customer Supply Specialist role in future, including customer inventory management, order planning and coordination, inventory accuracy, customer communication, issue resolution, and maintaining strong customer relationships while demonstrating exceptional organization, accountability, and attention to detail.
