Job summary

Workstream is seeking Jimmy John's Delivery Drivers to make quick, accurate deliveries, learn efficient routes, and ensure orders are complete and safe. When not delivering, drivers help in the store, take orders, and assist with cleaning.

Wages start at $9/hour in store and on the road, plus $0.58/mile. Tips and mileage reimbursements are paid daily; typical earnings range from $13–$25/hour.

Job description

Jimmy John's Delivery Drivers are tasked with making quick, accurate deliveries. We do this by learning the most efficient route, double checking orders to ensure everything is accounted for, and hustling on our feet (while always being safe and law abiding while on the street). Drivers' tips and mileage reimbursements are paid out every day onto their company supplied personal Branch card. This card works just like a debit card you would get from a bank and also has an easy-to-use app where you can transfer money, among other things.

While not on the road, Drivers work in the store helping to make sandwiches, take orders, and assist with the cleaning of the store. Delivery is a customer service job so following customers' requests and doing it with a smile is a requirement that will serve you as well as the store. Drivers earn an hourly wage starting at $9/hour in store AND on the road. Drivers are also paid $0.58/mile. The hourly wages are paid out bi-weekly but the tips and mileage reimbursements are paid out daily after shifts. Altogether, drivers typically make somehwere between $13-$25/hour.
