Job summary

Stave Delivery LLC in Sumner, WA is seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will deliver packages throughout the community, with an hourly compensation ranging from $24.25 to $28.25, plus performance incentives.

Our ideal candidate is at least 21 years old, holds a valid driver's license, and is capable of lifting packages up to 50 pounds. You will receive all necessary training and work within a supportive team environment while maintaining a regular schedule.

Delivery Driver Compensation & Benefits:

• $24.25- $28.25/hour plus weekly performance incentive
• 4-day workweek, 10-hour shifts starting at 9:30 AM
• Up to 2 weeks paid time off annually
• No CDL Required - We provide all necessary training
• Amazon-branded delivery vehicle provided

What You’ll Do as a Delivery Driver:

• Deliver 250-300 packages per day in your assigned route
• Start your day at the warehouse, loading your delivery vehicle
• Navigate your route using provided technology
• Provide excellent customer service throughout your community
• Work independently while being part of our supportive team

Qualifications

Delivery Driver Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license (No CDL needed)
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds
• Must pass 5-panel drug screen (includes marijuana testing)
• Reliable transportation to/from warehouse
