Job summary

Vintage Wine Company is seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver to join our growing distribution team in Michigan. You will independently manage daily routes, ensure timely, safe deliveries to restaurants, retailers and accounts, and represent the brand with professionalism.

Responsibilities include safely operating delivery vehicles, using Whip-It tech to inspect trucks, handling paperwork, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Must have a validated Chauffeur License.
• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years of driving/Delivery experience.
• Must be 25 years old.
• No points on Michigan Driver's License.

• Safely operate company delivery vehicles in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Deliver wine to assigned customers including restaurants, retailers, and other accounts.
• Inspect condition of truck at the beginning and end of the day using Whip-It technology.
• Basic familiarity with using an I-Pad, tablet, similar mobile device.
• Collect and properly handle any required paperwork, payment returns and credits.
• Communicate professionally with both internal and external customers.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company delivery vehicles in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Deliver wine to assigned customers including restaurants, retailers, and other accounts.
• Inspect condition of truck at the beginning and end of the day using Whip-It technology.
• Basic familiarity with using an I-Pad, tablet, similar mobile device.

• Communicate professionally with both internal and external customers.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry cases of wine generally up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to push, pull, bend, reach, climb stairs, and sit and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to safely maneuver products using handcart or other equipment.

Qualifications:

Salary Range:

Between $19 and $20 per hour.
