RC Willey is seeking a dedicated delivery driver to join our team, delivering furniture, appliances and other products to customers’ homes with a focus on safety and superior service.

During training, earn $24.00 per hour for three weeks. After training, potential earnings are $60,000–$70,000 annually in the first year. Schedule is Tuesday–Saturday, starting at 5:30 AM, with comprehensive benefits and a team-oriented culture.

• Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver license and good driving history.
• DOT Medical Card within 90 days of employment.

Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 100lbs
• Able to work as a team and independently to meet goals
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver license and good driving history
• Drivers are required to obtain a DOT Medical Card within 90 days of employment
• Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

Helpful but not required

• Previous experience in delivery, warehousing, or a similar physical role
• Familiarity with basic tools and equipment for assembling or handling products
• A strong track record of providing excellent customer service
