Job summary

NAFE, LLC in Redding, CA is seeking enthusiastic Delivery Associates for seasonal, part-time and full-time roles. You will deliver packages to customers’ doors and use handheld devices for routing.

We offer paid training, company vehicle, overtime, health insurance, paid time off, and a performance bonus. The position pays about $24.00–$24.25 per hour with emphasis on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and at least 21 years old.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Willingness to work one weekend day per week.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate delivery vehicle at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
• Use hand held devices for routing information, customer delivery information.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered.
• Be customer obsessed! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers. You take care of the customer and we take care of you.
• Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Able to get in and out of the van and walk up and down stairs through your shift.
• Must be comfortable using technology.
