RedZone Shipping, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner, is hiring Full-Time Delivery Drivers in Quincy, IL. The role is based at 4301 Wisman Ln, Quincy, IL 62305, with a focus on safe, timely deliveries and customer service.

No prior delivery experience is required—we provide paid training, and a company vehicle, fuel, uniforms, and safety equipment are provided. You will lift up to 50 lbs, work 8–10 hour shifts, and may include weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Hold a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Have a clean motor vehicle record and pass a required drug screening.
• Able to safely lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.

• Load and deliver packages efficiently while providing professional and friendly customer service.
• Use handheld technology for GPS navigation, package scanning, and communication.
• Follow all safety, traffic, and company policies.

• Get in and out of the delivery vehicle frequently and assist teammates when needed.

Responsibilities

As a Delivery Driver with RedZone Shipping, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring packages are delivered safely and on time. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

• Safely operate an Amazon-branded delivery vehicle.
• Load and deliver packages efficiently while providing professional and friendly customer service.
• Use handheld technology for GPS navigation, package scanning, and communication.
• Follow all safety, traffic, and company policies.
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs. and work in various weather conditions.
• Get in and out of the delivery vehicle frequently and assist teammates when needed.

Qualifications

We’re looking for motivated individuals who meet the following basic requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Hold a valid, unrestricted, non-provisional driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Have a clean motor vehicle record and pass a required drug screening.
• Able to safely perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in various weather conditions.

No prior delivery experience is required — we provide paid training! However, commercial, DOT, or CDL driving experience is a plus.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting pay: $23/hour, with opportunities to earn up to $25/hour through bonuses.
• Weekly pay with overtime opportunities.
• Full-time position with typical shifts of 8–10 hours.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, is required. Schedules may vary based on business needs.
