Job summary

Aaron's is seeking a Delivery Driver in Pensacola, FL to join our store-based team. You’ll load, secure, and deliver merchandise, assist customers, and sometimes help with installation and in-store tasks. This role mixes indoor and outdoor work across routes and showroom floors.

Requires good communication, a willingness to move heavy items (up to 50 lbs, with assistance), a valid driver’s license, and a customer-focused attitude. DOT certification may apply; pay ranges $15.25–$16.00 per hour.

What You’ll Do

Additional Requirements

• Age: 21 (18 in Canada)
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
• Able to perform physical job including lifting up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly (don’t worry, we’ll train you and give you the tools to do it safely)
• Able to work in all outdoor weather, including rain or summer sun
• A valid driver’s license is required, but not a CDL
• No overnight travel
