Job summary

Post & Parcel, LLC is seeking Delivery Associates in Maple Grove, MN to perform last-mile delivery to residential and commercial addresses. You will drive a van, handle 180–220 stops daily, and adhere to safety and delivery protocols while using a handheld device.

Ideal candidates are 21+, possess a valid driver's license, and can work weekends. Benefits include training, PTO, and other incentives as part of our driver support program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must work at least 1 weekend each week.
• Must be willing and able to operate and navigate a delivery van GVWR 10,000 lbs. or less.
• Must be able to lift boxes and packages up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must consent to a background check and drug screen.
• Must have good communication skills and the ability to work well with customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 180–220 stops per day.
• Follow MN state driving laws.
• Arrive timely and prepared for the workday.
• Operate a cargo van with GVWR 10,000 lbs. or less.
• Deliver all assigned packages to customers and businesses in a timely and safe manner.
• Follow safety standards and compliance requirements.
• Provide professional and positive interactions with customers and the public.
• Use company-provided handheld technology to manage the delivery process.
• Problem solve on-the-go.

Job Description

Position Highlights

• Shift: 11:20 AM - 9:30 pm daily
• Pay: $24.75/ hour
• Location: 10750 89th AVE N, Maple Grove MN 55369

Duties & Responsibilities

• Must follow all MN State Driving Laws
• Arrive timely and prepared for workday
• Operate a cargo van less than 10,001 GVWR
• Deliver 180 - 220 stops per day
• Walk 15,000+ steps daily
• Lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Bend, twist, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, stair-climb
• MUST be comfortable driving in all kinds of weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, cold)
• Deliver all assigned packages to customers and businesses in a timely and safe manner
• Follow Post & Parcel safety standards and compliance requirements both on the road and at the delivery station
• Provide professional and positive interactions with customers and the public
• Use company-provided handheld technology to manage the delivery process
• Ability to problem solve on-the-go
