Role Description

The Delivery Driver role at Crawford Electric Supply is a full-time, on-site position based in Oklahoma City, OK. This role is responsible for safely loading, securing, and transporting electrical products to customer locations and company branches, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Day-to-day tasks include operating company vehicles, following delivery schedules and routing instructions, verifying orders and documentation, and providing courteous, professional service at each stop. The Delivery Driver will assist with warehouse activities such as staging orders, operating material-handling equipment, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. This position also requires adherence to all safety, traffic, and company policies, as well as regular communication with dispatch, sales, and warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as needed.
• Experience providing or receiving training related to safety, delivery procedures, or warehouse operations.
• Background in sales or client-facing roles, including roles within food & beverage or other service industries, is beneficial.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; eligibility to operate company vehicles as required.
• Reliability in following delivery schedules, attention to detail in order verification, and basic record-keeping skills.
• Capability to lift and move materials in line with job safety standards and to work on-site in warehouse and delivery environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience in distribution, logistics, or delivery driving is an advantage.
