Job summary

Chick-fil-A Delivery Drivers deliver orders safely and accurately, providing friendly service in a fast-paced, guest‑oriented environment. You’ll work directly for an independent Owner/Operator and play a key role in ensuring orders reach guests on time.

This role offers full‑time and part‑time schedules, a supportive team culture, and opportunities to learn from experienced Operators and Restaurant Leaders while developing customer service and time‑management skills.

• Deliver guest orders safely, accurately and efficiently.

• Use navigation tools to plan routes and locate destinations.
• Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and leadership.
• Report delays or issues promptly to leadership.

Delivery Drivers are responsible for delivering orders safely, accurately, and efficiently while bringing signature Chick-fil-A service and food to every guest they serve.

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

• Deliver guest orders safely, accurately, and efficiently
• Verify order contents, delivery addresses, and special instructions before leaving the Restaurant
• Handle and transport food carefully to maintain quality and follow food safety standards
• Provide friendly, professional service with every delivery
• Follow traffic laws and safe driving practices at all times
• Use navigation tools to plan routes and locate delivery destinations
• Communicate effectively with guests, Team Members, and Restaurant Leaders
• Promptly report delivery delays, order concerns, vehicle issues, or safety incidents to Leadership
• Keep delivery equipment and the vehicle used for deliveries clean and orderly
• Assist with order preparation, stocking, and other Restaurant tasks between deliveries
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
