Job summary

Besco Water Treatment, Inc., a well-established West Michigan company with 5 locations, seeks a Route Delivery/Sales Driver to service residential and commercial accounts. You will deliver 5 gallon water bottles, water softener salt, coolers, coffee, brewers and other products on a daily route.

Hourly pay with commission opportunities. The role requires a motivated self-starter with a valid chauffeur's license, DOT medical card, and MVR; at least 1 year of driving experience; must lift 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Must have chauffeur's license, DOT medical card, and provide MVR.
• At least 1 year of driving experience.
• Route driving or courier services experience preferred.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers
• Load and unload products using a pallet jack or forklift
• Follow delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
• Verify the accuracy of delivery orders and obtain necessary signatures
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle
• Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner

Position Summary: Route Delivery/Sales Driver – Must be a motivated self-starter who excels in customer service for residential and commercial clients. Looking for a representative to service accounts and deliver 5 gallon water bottles, water softener salt, coolers, coffee, brewers and other products on a daily route. Hourly, plus commission opportunities.

Skills / attributes

At least 1 year driving is a must. Must be well organized with attention to detail and possess follow-up skills. Delivery driver will have to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly, daily.

• Must have chauffeur's license, D.O.T. med card and provide MVR.
• Previous experience in route driving or courier services is preferred
• Familiarity with using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
