Job summary

Factory Motor Parts is seeking a Delivery Driver to deliver merchandise safely and promptly, providing professional service at customer sites. You will communicate with customers, assist with returns, and participate in annual inventories while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and reliable navigation skills to cover assigned areas. Experience with hazardous materials driving is a plus.

Qualifications

• 18+ (19+ preferred) to meet job requirements.
• Valid driver’s license with minimal moving violations.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Ability to read a map or understand geographic area.
• Demonstrated safe driving in multiple road conditions, including hazardous materials handling.

Job description

As a Delivery Driver, you will serve as the “Face of Factory Motor Parts.” You will be responsible for the delivery of merchandise in a safe, prompt, and professional manner leaving a positive impact, and completely satisfy our customers.

Additional responsibilities for this transportation role include:

• Driving in a safe, courteous and defensive manner
• Communicating professionally with customers at their site
• Setting up customer returns accurately
• Participating in yearly physical inventories

Qualifications:

• 19 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 4 years
• Physically adept to lift up-to 75 pounds
• Ability to read a map or understanding of geographic area
• Demonstrated ability to drive “safe” in various road conditions, which may include the transportation of hazardous materials
