Job summary

Domino’s is seeking a Team Member to join our busy store in a hands-on role. You’ll handle phone orders, assist customers at the counter, and maintain excellent service standards.

You’ll participate in pizza preparation, oven operation, and daily store duties with a focus on safety and quality. When needed, you’ll deliver orders, keep your vehicle clean, and work closely with the team to ensure timely, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and able to work in the U.S.
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for delivery/vehicle duties)
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and courtesy in all interactions.
• Demonstrate food safety and sanitation awareness in daily tasks.
• Able to pass background checks and align with store policies.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and take orders accurately and professionally.
• Assist customers at the counter with courteous service and order accuracy.
• Handle cash and card transactions; operate the point-of-sale system.
• Prepare pizzas and follow Domino’s product standards and timing.

As a Team Member at Domino's, your key responsibilities include:

Phone & Customer Service

• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and accurately take customer orders
• Provide excellent customer service to carryout customers at the counter
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately for all customer interactions
• Represent the Domino's brand professionally in all customer communications

Food Production

• Learn and master the process of making quality pizza products according to company standards
• Operate and monitor ovens, ensuring proper temperature and timing for consistent product quality
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards throughout the production process
• Work efficiently to meet order timelines and customer expectations

Delivery & Route Operations

• Safely and efficiently deliver orders to customers within assigned delivery areas
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety standards

Store Operations & Teamwork

• Assist the team with store maintenance and cleanliness, including washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping floors
• Remove and dispose of trash and recyclables as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Support other team members to get the job done efficiently

Vehicle & Safety

• Maintain a safe driving record and follow all traffic laws
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues
• Ensure timely delivery while prioritizing customer and public safety

Qualifications

• Have a valid driver's license that's been in your pocket for at least 2 years
• Own a reliable vehicle that's ready to roll
