Roman Logistics LLC in Colorado is hiring full and part-time delivery drivers to deliver Amazon packages in company provided vehicles. No CDL required; training paid; weekend availability required; competitive benefits listed below.

Responsibilities include safe driving, package loading, and delivering to local communities in Northern Colorado. 21+ with a valid license and good English communication is required.

Formación

• At least 21 years old.
• Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass a 4-Panel drug screen (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana).
• Good English speaking, reading, writing communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Putting Safety first- following safe driving procedures regarding seat belt usage, speeding, and defensive driving.
• Follow all local & state law, driving regulations and company polices
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and support team
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on company vehicle
• Organize packages for daily delivery- load packages into van at the start of each shift, which requires lifting, pushing, pulling, and sorting.
• Deliver packages to local communities, schools, and businesses all over Northern Colorado

Job Description

Full and Part-time delivery positions with Roman Logistics LLC, delivering Amazon packages in company provided vehicle! No CDL required.

We are looking for teammates who are safe, reliable, pay attention to detail, can quickly problem solve, and thrive in a face pace environment. Ideal candidates are energetic, can communicate effectively and are ready to get the job done and are reliable! No experience required just a coachable attitude! Paid 2 day training PLUS a ride along with one of our driver trainers so you feel set up for success and are confident in your new role!

Successful delivery drivers put safety first and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction. Paying close attention and putting safety as their #1 priority!

• 3-4 Day Work Week- Shifts start at 9:45AM!

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry packages, sometimes up to 50 pounds
• Able to walk up flights of stairs, driveways, and through apartment complex's
• Able to understand GPS directions- Use a smartphone for route navigation, to read customer delivery notes, to call and text with the dispatch team and customers.
• Work outdoors and drive in all inclement weather conditions including hot/cold temps, rain, snow, and high wind.
• Reliable Transportation to and from work

Additional Information

Job Type: Part-time. Weekend shifts available- We run routes 7 days a week! Shifts start at 9:45am and range from 6-9 hours. Please review all qualifications before applying!

Pay: Starting hourly at $22.75
