Job summary

MBN Incorporated in Lake Orion, Michigan is seeking a professional delivery driver to deliver time-sensitive freight to customers. Candidates should possess excellent time management skills and be committed to safety and customer service.

This position requires entering and exiting the vehicle multiple times a day and loading packages up to 150 lbs. A valid DOT Medical Card is needed, along with a clean driving record. This position includes a 401(k) and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience commercial driving in last 3 years (5 years in last 10 years).
• Ability to drive and maneuver step vans safely.
• Pass a DOT physical or have a valid DOT Medical Card.

Responsibilities

• Deliver time-sensitive freight to business and residential customers.
• Load and sort assigned route; stop counts may vary daily.
• Pass drug screening and background check.

Role Overview

MBN Incorporated is seeking a professional delivery driver to deliver time‑sensitive freight to business and residential customers. MBN Incorporated is contracted by Federal Express Corporation to handle and deliver packages in a timely manner. Packages may include time‑sensitive material that must be delivered within a certain timeframe, so the candidate must have time management skills.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Physically capable of entering and exiting vehicle multiple times a day
• Physically capable of handling packages up to 150 lbs.
• 1 year experience commercial driving in last 3 years (5 years in last 10 years)
• Ability to drive and maneuver in a safe manner up to 20 foot step vans
• Pass a DOT physical or currently have a valid DOT Medical Card
• Pass drug screening (random drug testing required throughout employment)
• Pass an extensive background check and MVR (Motor Vehicle Report)
• All vehicles are equipped with GPS technology, Video Event Data Recorders and essential tools needed to perform duties
• Committed to safety and customer service
• Enter and exit vehicle several times a day; load and sort assigned route; stop counts may vary daily
• Mandatory 6 days/week during peak season (Thanksgiving–Christmas)
