LINC Systems in Kaysville, UT is seeking a Part-Time Transfer Truck Driver to move products between the Kaysville warehouse and other branches. You will operate a straight truck (GVWR up to 26,000 lbs), load and unload freight, and assist in the warehouse between runs.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license with clean driving record.
• Current DOT medical card required to operate GVWR up to 26,000 lbs.
• Willingness to become forklift certified (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet in a warehouse setting.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Drive scheduled transfer routes between the Kaysville warehouse and other LINC branches.
• Load, secure and unload product, including palletized freight.
• Operate a forklift safely to load and unload the truck and stage freight in the warehouse.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
• Verify transfer paperwork and shipments for accuracy.

The Role

As a Transfer Truck Driver, you'll keep our branches stocked and our customers supplied by moving product between the Kaysville warehouse and our other locations. You'll operate a straight truck (GVWR up to 26,000 lbs), load and unload freight, and help out in the warehouse between runs. What You'll Do

What You'll Need

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Current DOT medical card (required to operate a vehicle with a GVWR of 26,000 lbs). No CDL required.
• Willingness to become forklift certified (LINC provides training)
• Ability to lift up to [50] lbs and work on your feet in a warehouse setting
