Job summary

Domino’s in Indianapolis is seeking a quality Delivery Driver for MRF Management to serve customers and support store operations. You’ll be the face of the brand, delivering orders, handling payments, and ensuring a friendly, efficient experience at the door.

Responsibilities include safe, on-time deliveries, maintaining equipment, and contributing to a positive team environment. Flexible shifts with full-time hours and nightly tips are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
• Must have 2 years of driving history if 18, 1 year driving history if 19+.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
• Must pass Motor Vehicle Record Check (MVR), meeting company-specific standards.

Job Description

As an MRF Delivery Driver, you represent MRF to our customers. In this role, you may be involved in various aspects of store operations and can earn tips daily. As a driver, you are often the first—and sometimes the only—team member our customers interact with. Your engagement with customers is crucial in creating positive experiences and smiles by making their lives easier. Your professionalism and optimism play a vital role in ensuring a pleasant experience for our customers as the face of Domino's delivery. At MRF Management, your safety is our top priority.

• Deliver Domino’s products in your vehicle while enjoying music in a safe and efficient way.

• Provide amazing Customer service.
• Safely deliver pizzas while having fun.

• Learn organizational and inventory skills.
• Execute time management skills and the ability to multi-task in a competitive work environment.

• The ability to take ownership in resolving problems.
• Operate all equipment inside the store, including oven-tending

We are HIRING!!!

We are hiring for All Shifts!

• Day Shift - 10am - 5pm
• Dinner Shift - 4/5pm - 9/10pm
• Closing Shift - 5/6pm - 1am
