Job summary

Jimmy John's is seeking delivery drivers in Minnesota to hand off freshly made sandwiches to customers and support in-store duties when not delivering. Earn $12+ per hour plus tips and mileage reimbursement.

Full-time or part-time positions available with daily cash-out options and potential bonuses after milestones. Drivers will follow efficient routes, ensure orders are accurate, and maintain a high level of customer service while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must provide your own vehicle and pass a driver check with up to 2 moving violations.
• Must have required auto insurance.

Responsibilities

We are offering a $200 hiring bonus to be paid out after 90 days of employment. Must work a minimum of 15hrs/ week, have perfect attendance and have no performance write ups. We also offer a $200 referral bonus if you know someone already working at this location. They will also be qualified for the bonus after the 90 days; same specifics apply.

Full Time or Part Time available! Driver's get wage $12+ an hour, tips, and mileage reimbursement/Gas. and wage +tips averages $20-25 an hour!

Jimmy John's Delivery Driver's goal is to get that perfectly made sandwich in the customer's hand as quick as can be. We do this by learning the most efficient route, double-checking orders to ensure everything is accounted for, and hustling on our feet (while always being safe and law-abiding while on the street). Our Drivers do great with the small delivery area and high volume of CONSISTENT deliveries. Drivers take home cash every day!

While not on the road, Drivers work in the store and will be required to learn the menu with 100% accuracy, help take orders, make sandwiches and assist us in maintaining a clean restaurant.

Delivery is a customer service job so knowing the menu, following customer's requests and following through with a smile can lead to more successful days!

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must provide your own vehicle, pass a driver check (no more than 2 standard moving violations), and have the required insurance
• Work as an In-shopper when there are no deliveries
