Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Delivery Driver in Hammonton, NJ to support our medical and adult-use cannabis platforms. You will provide prompt, secure delivery services and maintain vehicle and documentation while upholding Curaleaf's standards.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1+ years of customer service, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with LeafLogix is a plus, and you must be able to plan routes and work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with six months related experience or training.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Familiarity with routing software and mapping programs.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, secure and professional delivery services.
• Coordinates deliveries working with Processing and Packaging team.
• Maintain Delivery vehicle.
• Responsible for uploading documentation of delivery, maintenance, and compliance forms into proper electronic database.
• Exhibits polite, professional driving etiquette; ability to efficiently plan routes using both computer and mobile electronic devices.
• Performs basic vehicle checks and fluid levels.
• Maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust and respect.
• Follow procedures as outlined in on-boarding.
• Responsible for researching, seeking out answers, resolving complaints, and reporting patient complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
• Responsible for updating patient dispensation records in the Florida Medical Marijuana Use Registry (MMUR).

Delivery Driver

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Location: Hammonton, NJ

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7AM to 3:30PM

Essential Functions (included, but not limited to):

• Provides prompt, secure and professional delivery services
• Coordinates deliveries working with Processing and Packaging team

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience with LeafLogix a plus
