Job summary

Factory Motor Parts Co is seeking a Delivery Driver to serve as the face of the company while delivering merchandise safely and professionally. You will communicate with customers, handle returns and participate in annual inventories, ensuring a positive customer experience.

The role requires a clean driving record, a Class C or D license, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Strong time-management and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Clean driving record is required.
• 19 years of age or older.
• Class C or D valid license.
• Physically able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to read a map or understand geographic area.
• Ability to drive safely in various road conditions, including hazardous materials transport.

As a Delivery Driver, you will serve as the "Face of Factory Motor Parts." You will be responsible for the delivery of merchandise in a safe, prompt, and professional manner leaving a positive impact, and completely satisfy our customers.

Additional responsibilities for this transportation role include:

• Driving in a safe, courteous and defensive manner
• Communicating professionally with customers at their site
• Setting up customer returns accurately
• Participating in yearly physical inventories

  Job requirements:

You should also be highly organized with strong time-management and prioritization skills. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to communicate maintain professional and cooperative relationships with both customers and colleagues.
