Job summary

Chick-fil-A Fort Worth is seeking a Delivery Driver to represent the brand and ensure timely, accurate meal deliveries to guests in the local area.

You will follow safety standards, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and provide friendly guest service while navigating with a GPS-enabled smartphone. A valid driver\'s license and a clean driving history are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a working smartphone with data plan and GPS
• Must have a valid state-issued driver\'s license
• Ability to pass a full driving history check through Texas DPS
• Ability to carry delivery totes (5-50 lbs)

Responsibilities

• Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by embracing values and culture at all times
• Execute safe driving practices for meal deliveries with urgency
• Ensure customer satisfaction by upholding the brand during deliveries
• Maintain cleanliness, speed, accuracy, and taste of food in delivery area
• Meet with shift leader to receive position duties
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

• Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by embracing and demonstrating our values and our culture at the highest level at all times
• Execute safe driving best practices when operating delivery vehicles for meal deliveries with a sense of urgency
• Ensure customer satisfaction by protecting and upholding our brand at all times as you attend to customer concerns as they arise on a delivery
• Maintain Operational Excellence in vehicles and delivery assembly area (cleanliness, speed and accuracy, taste of food, and attentive & courteous) at all times
• Meet with leader on shift to receive specific position and duty(s) on current shift
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times

• Ability to pass a full driving history search through Texas DPS
• Ability to carry delivery tote bags (approximately 5-50lbs)

Important Notes:

• A successful Chick-fil-A employee must be positive and outgoing to engage with new guests.
• Catering Assistants and Delivery Drivers must have a strong understanding of restaurant operations and be able to help execute order preparation and delivery through the restaurant.
• Being delivery focused, reliability and a good driving history is extremely important to the success of this role.
