Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking Delivery Drivers to keep stores running smoothly and customers happy. No automotive experience required; we provide training.

You’ll build relationships with shops and customers while delivering parts on time and accurately from the Hillsboro store location. Responsibilities include planning routes, stocking inventory, handling cash, and maintaining a safe, clean delivery vehicle.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a good, clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail for inspecting, protecting, and maintaining company vehicles and assets.
• No prior automotive experience needed — training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver auto parts accurately and on time to wholesale customers and local businesses.
• Plan and establish efficient delivery routes.
• Pick up parts from vendors and ensure the stockroom is stocked correctly.
• Pull, sort, and stock inventory as needed.
• Handle cash transactions, returns, and tracking systems with organization and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe delivery vehicle and pass safety checks.
• Operate the vehicle safely with a clean driving record.
• Back up in-store positions when not on deliveries.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver auto parts accurately and on time to wholesale customers and local businesses
• Plan and establish efficient delivery routes
• Pick up parts from vendors and ensure the stockroom is accurately stocked
• Pull, sort, and stock inventory as needed
• Handle cash transactions, returns, and tracking systems with organization and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe delivery vehicle and pass regular safety checks
• Operate the vehicle safely and maintain a clean driving record at all times
• Back up in-store positions (counter, stocking, etc.) when not on deliveries

What You’ll Need

• Valid driver’s license and a good, clean driving record
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Hard-working attitude with a desire to learn and grow
• Strong attention to detail for inspecting, protecting, and maintaining company vehicles and assets
• Ability to learn how to drive a manual transmission (helpful but not required at all locations)
