Job summary

Chick-fil-A in El Paso, TX is seeking delivery drivers to join our team. You will uphold our hospitality standards and deliver meals with care, using our delivery app to communicate with guests.

We offer a fun work environment, flexible scheduling (and closed on Sundays), and opportunities to grow with experienced Operators. A valid driver's license, car insurance, and a smartphone with data and GPS are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a working smartphone with data plan and GPS.
• Must have a valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must have valid car insurance.
• Ability to carry delivery totes (approximately 5–15 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by embracing and demonstrating our values and culture.
• Execute safe driving practices when operating delivery vehicles for meal deliveries with a sense of urgency.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by protecting and upholding our brand during deliveries.
• Maintain vehicle and delivery area cleanliness, speed, and accuracy.
• Meet with supervisor on shift to receive duties for the current shift.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job description

Delivery drivers are generally offered as either part-time or full-time. You will be a member of the Chick-fil-A family and will help uphold our high standards of presentation, service, and care. The ideal candidate must be able to execute Chick-fil-A hospitality with our guests in a caring way. Clear and excellent communication skills via our delivery app are paramount to help us continue to meet our guest's expectations outside of the Restaurant.

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

• Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by embracing and demonstrating our values and our culture at the highest level at all times
• Execute safe driving best practices when operating delivery vehicles for meal deliveries with a sense of urgency
• Ensure customer satisfaction by protecting and upholding our brand at all times as you attend to customer concerns as they arise on a delivery
• Maintain Operational Excellence in vehicles and delivery assembly area (cleanliness, speed, and accuracy, the taste of food, and attentive & courteous) at all times
• Meet with supervisor on shift to receive specific position and duty(s) on the current shift
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
