Job summary

Factory Motor Parts is hiring a Delivery Driver responsible for delivering merchandise safely and on time, while representing the company in a professional manner. You will interact with customers at their site, assist with returns, and participate in annual inventories.

Applicants should be organized, have strong communication, and a clean driving record. High school diploma or GED and a valid license are required.

Qualifications

• Delivery Driver with safe, prompt service and professional conduct.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills.
• Physically able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Valid driver's license; clean record (no more than 2 moving violations or accidents in 4 years).
• Map reading or geographic area understanding.

Job requirements:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-minded Delivery Driver committed to providing exceptional customer service. You should also be highly organized with strong time-management and prioritization skills. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to communicate maintain professional and cooperative relationships with both customers and colleagues.

Additional qualifications for this role include:

• High school diploma or GED
• 19 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license and no more than 2 moving violations or accidents in the past 4 years
• Physically adept to lift up-to 75 pounds
• Ability to read a map or understanding of geographic area
• Demonstrated ability to drive "safe" in various road conditions, which may include the transportation of hazardous materials
