Job summary

GEODIS is seeking a dependable delivery driver at our Clayton, IN location to securely deliver packages and documents to customers. You will plan efficient routes, obtain signatures, and maintain delivery records.

The role offers multiple shift options including part-time and full-time with potential for early pay options and health benefits. Ideal candidates are 21+ with a valid driver’s license, able to read safety and operations manuals, and comfortable working in non-climate-controlled

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual.
• Ability to write daily reports and correspondence.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to be exposed to non-climate-controlled environments.

Responsibilities

• Securely delivers packages, documents, and other items to intended location or recipient in a timely manner.
• Plans the most efficient and expedient delivery route from place to place; organizes deliveries accordingly.
• Obtains required signatures at time of delivery.
• Maintains accurate records related to the receipt and delivery of packages.
