• Ability to read maps and navigate local Cincinnati routes efficiently.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
• Driver earns an additional $10-15 per hour in tips when actively making deliveries.

• Inspect and maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any mechanical issues promptly to GM or AGM
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety guidelines while on delivery routes
• Work In-store with order preparation, packaging, and other tasks during non-delivery.
• Ensure orders are accurate and complete before leaving the store for delivery
