• Demonstrated calm when a Chandler, AZ client changes scope mid-stream
• 3+ years putting Adaptability to work in a general setting
• Real curiosity about why BKD customers do what they do
• A Chandler network, or the hustle to build one from scratch

For all its deeply-bought-in ambition, BKD still operates like the scrappy Chandler startup that first cracked general years ago. Burnout is treated as a system bug at BKD, not a badge of people-centered honor.

Our offer wraps $62,000 - $95,000 around mentorship, real benefits, and the kind of Chandler, AZ flexibility most general roles only promise.

Stamped current this morning, the contract opportunity awaits your application.
