Job summary

Kline Electric Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to transport goods to jobsite locations and assist with light warehouse duties. You will operate a company vehicle on assigned routes, load and unload items, and provide excellent service to customers.

The role includes warehouse tasks such as picking and packing, vehicle inspections, and opportunities to grow within a company that emphasizes employee ownership and team growth. This is an on-site position based in Cedar Rapids, IA.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; ability to obtain Medical Card.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory handling.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• CDL NOT required but is a plus!
• MUST pass DOT physical.

Key Responsibilities:

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions during deliveries
• Able to operate a pallet jack and other basic warehouse equipment
• Regularly required to load/unload products from delivery vehicles
• Work environment includes both warehouse and on-the-road driving time
