Job summary

Papa John's is seeking a Delivery Driver in Capitol Heights, MD. You will work in a fast-paced setting, ensuring orders are delivered accurately and with quality service. Earn up to $20+ per hour through hourly wages, mileage, and tips, with mileage and tips paid daily.

Responsibilities include learning the delivery area, assisting with prep and orders, and supporting sales through suggestive selling. A valid license, reliable transport, and 18+ years old are required.

Qualifications

• Be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and nights.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation with current automobile insurance.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Learn the delivery area and perform any necessary pre-delivery tasks.
• Assist with other workstation duties such as preparing ingredients and taking orders.
• Always check that orders meet quality and accuracy standards, following proper delivery procedures.
• Deliver orders promptly and accurately, providing quality customer service in person or by phone.
• Support sales efforts through suggestive selling and distributing promotional materials.
