Job summary

Party Savvy Canton is seeking dependable Delivery Driver Crew Members for full-time work supporting delivery, tent installation, and warehouse operations. This hands-on role involves operating company vehicles, load/unload, and assisting with event setup to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualified candidates are 21+, possess a valid driver’s license, pass background and DOT checks, and can work in a fast-paced environment. We offer growth opportunities and benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to meet company insurance requirements.
• Must pass background check, DOT physical, and drug screening.
• Proficiency in English.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to stand, lift, and move repetitively for extended periods.
• Willingness to be cross trained in other departments.
• Completion of Behavioral and Cognitive Assessments through the Predictive Index.

Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver using cargo vans and 26’ box trucks (non-CDL).
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Ensure safe vehicle operation and compliance with safety policies.
• Adhere to FMCSA regulations as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles.
• Load and unload equipment safely.
• Assist with tent installation and removal.
• Set up and tear down event equipment.
• Perform quality control checks before and after events.
• Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Operate carts, dollies, pallet jacks, and related equipment.
• Support warehouse organization and inventory accuracy.
• Follow all safety procedures and standards.
• Clean, prep, and maintain rental equipment, vehicles, warehouse, and grounds.

Job description

Party Savvy is hiring dependable and safety-focused individuals for a full-time Delivery Driver Crew Member position supporting our delivery, tent installation, and warehouse teams. This role is ideal for individuals seeking stable, year-round employment with consistent hours and growth opportunities. In this hands-on role, you will operate company vehicles to complete deliveries and pickups, assist with tent installation and event setup, and support warehouse operations as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Driving and Delivery:
  • Operate company vehicles including cargo vans and 26’ box trucks (non-CDL).
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Ensure safe vehicle operation and compliance with company safety policies and applicable regulations.
  • Adhere to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations and procedures as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicles.
• Event and Operations Support:
  • Load and unload equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Assist with tent installation and removal.
  • Set up and tear down event equipment according to company standards.
  • Perform quality control checks before and after events.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
  • Operate carts, dollies, pallet jacks, and related equipment.
  • Support warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, and equipment reset.
  • Follow all safety procedures and operational standards.
  • Clean, prep, and maintain rental equipment, delivery vehicles, warehouse, and grounds.

Work Conditions:

• Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Early mornings, evenings, and weekends may be required.
• High-energy environment with time-sensitive deadlines.
• Frequent bending, lifting, and physical movement.
• Regularly lift 25–50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
• Prioritize safety when operating potentially hazardous equipment, with appropriate safety measures in place.

Schedule and Compensation:

• Full-time position.
• Shifts may run 8–12 hours, depending on event needs.
• Monday through Friday, weekends as required.
• Flexibility required for varying start and end times.
