Party Savvy is hiring dependable and safety-focused individuals for a full-time Delivery Driver Crew Member position supporting our delivery, tent installation, and warehouse teams. This role is ideal for individuals seeking stable, year-round employment with consistent hours and growth opportunities. In this hands‑on role, you will operate company vehicles to complete deliveries and pickups, assist with tent installation and event setup, and support warehouse operations as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Driving and Delivery:
  • Operate company vehicles including cargo vans and 26’ box trucks (non-CDL).
  • Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections.
  • Ensure safe vehicle operation and compliance with company safety policies and applicable regulations.
  • Adhere to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations and procedures as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicles.
• Event and Operations Support:
  • Load and unload equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Assist with tent installation and removal.
  • Set up and tear down event equipment according to company standards.
  • Perform quality control checks before and after events.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
  • Operate carts, dollies, pallet jacks, and related equipment.
  • Support warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, and equipment reset.
  • Follow all safety procedures and operational standards.
  • Clean, prep, and maintain rental equipment, delivery vehicles, warehouse, and grounds.

  • Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries and pickups.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Work Conditions:

• Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Early mornings, evenings, and weekends may be required.
• High‑energy environment with time‑sensitive deadlines.
• Frequent bending, lifting, and physical movement.
• Regularly lift 25–50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
• Prioritize safety when operating potentially hazardous equipment, with appropriate safety measures in place.

Schedule and Compensation:

• Full‑time position.
• Shifts may run 8–12 hours, depending on event needs.
• Monday through Friday, weekends as required.
• Flexibility required for varying start and end times.
• Overtime opportunities are available during peak season.
• Starting Wage: $18–$21 per hour depending on experience.
