Job summary

Intentional Delivery LLC in Bristol, VA, is seeking delivery associates to load packages, drive safely, and deliver with professionalism. You will use handheld devices for GPS, scanning, clocking in, and stay compliant with state and local laws while delivering smiles to the community.

Starting at $21.00 per hour with weekly pay, 8–10 hour shifts, and a 3–4 day workweek, plus bonus opportunities, tuition reimbursement, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and paid

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a valid Driver's License within the state of employment
• Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Load packages into the van at start of shift (up to 50 lbs)
• Drive safely and perform safety inspections on company vehicles
• Deliver packages safely, accurately, professionally, and on time
• Use handheld devices for GPS navigation, scanning, clocking in/out, and communication with supervisors

What You’ll Do Each Day

• First and foremost – participate in and contribute to our intentional culture
• Load packages into the van at start of shift (they can be up to 50 lbs)
• Get in and out of the van repeatedly throughout the shift
• Drive safely and perform safety inspections on company vehicles
• Deliver packages safely, accurately, professionally, andon time
• Follow all state and local laws, driving regulations, and company practices
• Provide excellent customer service regardless of circumstances; you will encounter stressful situations
• Drive and deliver in all weather conditions; your safety is our top priority
• Communicate effectivelywith support team to ensure deliveries are completed on time
• Usesmart phone devicesfor GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communication with supervisors and other team members
• Support with rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes
• Have fun – you are delivering smiles and joy to your community – you are impacting lives!
