Job summary

Fort Group Florida, Inc. is opening a new Jimmy John’s location in Winter Springs, FL. Delivery drivers earn $20+ per hour when tips and DMR are included.

Shifts run from 11am–2pm or through lunch and dinner, with daily tip and DMR payouts. When not delivering, you’ll work in-store preparing sandwiches and taking orders. The role offers in-store duties with compensation, and a path for career growth within a Jimmy John’s franchise.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Must drive safely and obey traffic laws.
• Will work as an in-shopper when there are no deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sandwiches quickly to customers.
• Assist in-store when not delivering.

New Location opening soon. Training will be done at our 5950 Red Bug Lake Rd, Winter Springs location.

Our Delivery Drivers regularly take home $20+ an hour with a combination of tips, a driver maintenance reimbursement (DMR), and their hourly wage.

Work as short as 11am-2pm or work through Lunch and Dinner. Our flexible shift hours mean there is something for everyone’s schedule.

Tips and DMR are paid out daily.

A Jimmy John's Delivery Driver's goal is to get that sandwich in the customer's hand as quickly as possible. We do this by learning the most efficient routes, double-checking orders to ensure everything is accounted for, and hustling on our feet (while always being safe and law abiding on the street). While not on the road, Delivery Drivers work in the store (preparing sandwiches, taking orders, helping clean) and are compensated accordingly. Delivery is a customer service job, so following a customer’s request and doing it with a smile can lead to more successful days.
