You’ll collaborate with dispatch, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and provide a positive customer experience during delivery and setup.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience operating a 26‑foot box truck.
• Experience in furniture assembly and in-home installation.
• Customer-facing delivery experience with accurate delivery documentation.
• Clean driving record.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• DOT medical card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, assemble, and install products in customers’ homes or businesses.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery according to scheduled appointments.
• Unpack, assemble, and install products per manufacturer guidelines.
• Test functionality and confirm proper operation before leaving the site.
• Provide courteous, professional delivery experiences during setup.
• Document and report any issues or discrepancies promptly.
• Adhere to safety protocols and DOT regulations for driving and delivery.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer signatures.

Position Summary:

The Delivery Driver and Delivery Helper are responsible for delivering, assembling, and installing products in customers’ homes or businesses with care, accuracy, and professionalism. This role ensures timely and safe transportation of products, provides positive customer experiences during delivery and setup, and complies with all company policies, safety standards, and DOT regulations. The position supports smooth coordination between dispatch, warehouse, and customer service teams.

Job Duties:

• Deliver high-value or fragile items to customers’ homes or businesses with exceptional care and professionalism.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery according to scheduled appointments.
• Unpack, assemble, and install products (e.g., furniture, accessories) as per manufacturer guidelines.
• Test functionality and confirm proper operation before leaving the site.
• Provide courteous, professional, and positive experiences during delivery and setup.
• Answer basic product questions and demonstrate usage when required.
• Inspect items for damage before and after delivery.
• Document and report any issues or discrepancies promptly.
• Follow all safety protocols for lifting, handling, and transporting items.
• Adhere to company policies and DOT regulations for driving and delivery.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, customer signatures.
• Handle returns or exchanges according to company procedures.
• Work closely with dispatch, warehouse staff, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in training new team members when needed.
• Deliver high-value or fragile items to customers’ homes or businesses with exceptional care and professionalism.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery according to scheduled appointments.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• Experience: Experience operating a 26-foot box truck and maintaining safe driving practices, required.
• Experience with furniture assembly and installation for in-home setup, required.
• Experience in a customer-facing delivery role with accurate delivery documentation, required.
• Clean driving record for customer deliveries, required.
• Eligible to work in the United States, required.
• Valid DOT medical card preferred.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

• Physical Demands: Able to lift and maneuver furniture up to 150+ lbs. with assistance.
• Work Environment: Able to work on-site.
