Job summary

Karton Logistics LLC in Danbury, CT, is seeking energetic Delivery & Dispatch Helpers to support daily operations at the Amazon Warehouse. This hands-on role starts at the warehouse, staying active, helping the team and getting things done.

You will assist with vans, loading, driver pouches, dispatch support, onboarding and more. Compensation is $18.00/hr, with opportunities to promote to Delivery Driver and benefits including weekly pay and insurance.

Qualifications

• Over 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Clean record and pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy packages; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Check, organize, and clean delivery vans.
• Help drivers load and unload packages.
• Prepare and hand out driver pouches and equipment.
• Support morning prep, stand up and loadout.
• Assist dispatchers with daily operations.
• Assist with recruiting, interviews, and onboarding.
• Run errands and assist drivers as needed.
• Keep vans and work areas clean and organized.
