SmartRecruiters, Inc. in Raleigh, NC is hiring a full-time Delivery Driver at 2881 Jones Franklin Rd. You will collect cash or card payments, verify order accuracy, and deliver items safely and on time.

You will promote pizza products and specials, operate the store’s order-entry system, maintain grooming and appearance standards, and contribute to a fast, friendly team that focuses on excellent customer service both in person and by phone.

Responsibilities

• Collect cash/credit card payments and coupons for delivered items
• Check all products for accuracy against quality standards for delivery and carry out customers in a safe and timely manner
• Ensure vehicle used for delivery pass inspection, both mechanically and visually
• Uphold Dominos standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance
• Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions
• Receive cross-training for preparing products and ingredients, closing and opening procedures, operate pizza oven, and properly box products for delivery or carryout
• Exhibit a sense of urgency when answering store phone lines or helping carryout customers
• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers both over the phone and in person
• Ability to speak and write clearly and comprehension of using a computer based order entry system
• Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun
